BARBELL CLUB:

BECOME MORE PROFICIENT WITH THE SNATCH, CLEAN & JERK, DEADLIFT, BENCH PRESS AND BACK SQUAT. AS A REGISTERED WEIGHTLIFTING CLUB CENTRAL OUTBACK CROSSFIT, REGULARLY HOLDS WEIGHTLIFTING MEETS. THESE ARE A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO PUT YOUR TRAINING TO THE TEST IMPROVE YOUR WEIGHTLIFTING TOTALS.

CROSSFIT KIDS:

30 MIN CLASS FOR 5-12 YEAR OLDS. BASED ON CROSSFIT STYLE GAMES AND MOVEMENTS.

CROSSFIT TEENS:

45 MIN CLASS FOR 13-17 YEAR OLDS. CLASSES ARE 45 MIN AND FOCUSED ON FOUNDATIONAL CROSSFIT MOVEMENTS, OLY LIFTS, METABOLIC CONDITIONING AND GYMNASTIC ELEMENTS IN A WOD BASED CLASS.

OPEN BOX:

FREE WORKOUT TIME FOR MEMBERS TO USE FACILITIES. PRACTICE AND TRAIN STRENGTH, MOBILITY AND CONDITIONING.

JUNIOR WEIGHTLIFTING:

JUNIOR WEIGHTLIFTING CLUB RUNS WITH SCHOOL TERMS AND IS APPROPRIATE FOR AGES 8-13YRS. WE INTRODUCE OUR JUNIORS TO THE FOUNDATIONS OF WEIGHTLIFTING.

 

CROSSFIT KICKSTART

WHETHER ITS TO BE FIT PRE-SEASON, OR TO GET BACK INTO FITNESS FOR SUMMER OUR CROSSFIT KICK START MONTH, WILL GET YOU FITTER, STRONGER AND MORE CAPABLE PHYSICALLY THAN YOU THOUGHT POSSIBLE. FROM THE BEGINNER FITNESS ENTHUSIAST TO THE FITNESS VETERAN, TO EQUALLY LEARN AND ENJOY THE CROSSFIT PROGRAM.

IS HIGH ENERGY CONDITIONING TRAINING.  IT'S A 30MIN CLASS THAT COMBINES BODYWEIGHT, ROWING-BIKING-RUNNING AND SIMPLE WEIGHTLIFTING MOVEMENTS.  SUITED TO THOSE WHO WANT A CARDIO AND AEROBIC CAPACITY FOCUSED TRAINING SESSION.
