45 MIN CLASS FOR 13-17 YEAR OLDS. CLASSES ARE 45 MIN AND FOCUSED ON FOUNDATIONAL CROSSFIT MOVEMENTS, OLY LIFTS, METABOLIC CONDITIONING AND GYMNASTIC ELEMENTS IN A WOD BASED CLASS.
